Awesome Consulting & Educational Services was founded by Jennifer Awesome, who brings over two decades in education, leadership, and community-based work — classroom teaching, school leadership, district initiatives, and tribal community collaboration.
Across all of it, the same truth kept surfacing: systems don't change outcomes — relationships do. Students grow best when they feel seen, valued, and connected. So ACES designs training, coaching, and keynotes that help schools move from compliance-driven systems to connection-driven cultures — reducing punitive discipline and rebuilding belonging along the way.
